TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • PLEASE READ CAREFULLY OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS
  • I give permission for my child to attend and participate in all activities within the Accelerate Football or Futsal program selected.
  • By enrolling in an Accelerate Football or Futsal program you have agreed to join and pay the total cost of the program. If you decide you do not wish to continue with the program, you must contact Accelerate Football by emailing info@acceleratefutsal.com.au to cancel your booking.
  • Your child’s place in an Accelerate Football program is not secured until fees are paid in full.
  • Refunds are at the discretion of the Accelerate Football Directors.
  • All reasonable care and caution are taken to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our customers but as of mishap, Accelerate Football cannot accept liability for any injury that may occur whilst attending any of our programs.
  • Parents/guardians and children participate at their own risk and therefore indemnifies Accelerate Football and its staff against all actions, suits, proceedings, demands, costs and expenses which may be taken or made against Accelerate Football which may arise from injury, illness or mishap.
  • Accelerate Football will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to any personal belongings while attending one of our programs.
  • Any medical conditions that a participant may have must be fully disclosed to Accelerate Football in the registration forms.
  • Parents, guardians and children in their care are enrolled at their own risk and you as the parent/guardian agree to indemnify Accelerate Football and its staff from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, injury and/or damages that may arise from you or your child’s participation in any Accelerate Football programs or sessions.
  • All parents and guardians give permission for their child to receive medical/ambulance attention in case of emergency and agree to pay any associated costs.
  • Accelerate Football reserves the right to limit the number of participants involved in its programs and/or cancel any of its programs at any time but will endeavour to give at least 48 hours notice prior to the event.
  • If for any reason your child or children are not able to attend a session then a make-up class can be made in exceptional cases (this is also subject to if and when there are positions available in another class). Arrangements must be made to Accelerate Football staff in advance of attending another program.
  • Accelerate Football may occasionally take photos or video footage for promotional purposes, please advise staff if you do not endorse your child’s image use for promotional purposes.
In completing your child's registration and enrolling in one of our programs, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
